  Returns are only allowed on items that were damaged in manufacturing or shipping.  We are not responsible for any damage that may occur once in buyer's posession. If item qualifies for return, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the reciept. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsiblefor lost or misdirected returns.  If you paid for your order by creditcard, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

We ship all our packages via UPS - Ground. No post office boxes,please. Next day and 2nd day service available at an extra charge.Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship an order. We userecycled shipping material whenever possible.
